If you continue to have trouble logging in, either

When calling, please provide the following information to the operator:

Tell the operator your course is in "Insight"
Provide the course name, section, and call number - for example: CNIT 101 - 832 - 77886
Give the operator your CCSF Student ID number - your ID number is 9 characters long and usually begins with a "W", "C", or "@" followed by 8 numbers. You can login to the WebStars portal to retrieve your student ID number using your social security number if you have forgotten it.
The operator may direct you to fill out the Insight Student Technical Support Request Form depending upon the nature of your support request.
